Maine OUI Attorney Dan Dubé
Attorney Dubé was named as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in 2016 and in 2017 for his criminal defense work statewide. A native of Augusta and fourth-generation Mainer, he founded his own statewide practice following graduation from The George Washington University Law School (GW Law) in Washington, DC. He has represented clients in every class of crime, including for felony jury trials.
Since joining The Law Offices of Wayne R. Foote, Attorney Dubé has focused his practice solely on OUI cases. He is an active member of the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD), and he engages in national-level trainings and certifications.
Attorney Dubé is noted for his degrees, certificates and awards from Concordia University, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Middlebury College Language Schools, St. John’s College, Johns Hopkins-SAIS, and GW Law, and for acquiring proficiency in Latin, German, French, Hindi, and Sanskrit. Attorney Dubé brings his academic acumen and legal experience to bear on each and every case, not resting until he has pursued every possible advantage for the client.
Additionally, Attorney Dubé gives back to the community through public service, having served on a variety of boards of directors for non-profits and municipalities. He is a past recipient of the Katahdin Counsel Award for pro bono service (2014 & 2015), from the Maine Supreme Court, and he co-founded the Veterans’ Law Section of the Maine State Bar Association, as part of his effort to raise awareness for returning veterans. He coached Crossfit® as a CF-L1 certified trainer as a further way of giving back to the community.
Attorney Dubé is licensed to practice in the State of Maine, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court, and the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC).
